So I'm off to Egypt and then South Africa for holiday tomorrow!
I'm going to Egypt. I've always wanted to go there. I'm going to see my best friend again! I'm going to get my new camera But most of all, I'm going home. Even if it's only for a little while.

I'm gonna get my Canon Digital Rebel XSi and 100mm lense on the 14th of December when we see my Uncle in Cape Town!! (I can't get the 50mm lense yet. Money. Money. Money.) I can't wait.
I am now poor, but it's alright. I'm going to have an awesome camera and take a millions of pictures. I is excited!

So, I've been looking at camera's recently (Well, the few minutes I can squeeze in between studying a gruling Psychology course and four other subjects )
And I'm really thinking about getting a Canon 50D. And then just a standard lense (50mm or a zoom lense, 18mm-200mm.) I'm a Canon girl. I've got money saved up, whether it's enough? Ha, well, we'll see. I'm edging for a macro lense (100mm) too, but I doubt I'll have money for that.
Buuut, I don't want to get something where I'm going to be spending more time reading the manual than actually shooting, so I've been thinking about maybe a Canon Rebel XTi (Or at least in the Rebel series). It's more in my price range too.
ALL YOU PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO KNOW ALL ABOUT THIS STUFF:

I wanna take a photography course. But I'll think about that later.
